How are your portraits done?
We do these portraits using a unique, customized method of painting using popular
graphics design software. Unlike other sites, where they might simply apply a
Photoshop filter and add a few lines here and there, our oil portraits are painted
entirely brush stroke by brush stroke using your picture as a guide.
Are these Giclee prints?
Yes, the watercolor-style portraits are giclee printed on art paper.
Why don't you provide the oil style portraits on stretched canvas?
Shipping cost! It would cost you a lot more to ship a canvas on wooden stretchers
than one rolled in a shipping tube. Stretching can be done by most frame shops very
inexpensively.
